Beck Automotive Group Parts Return Policy

Return Policy:

We will accept authorized returns 30 calendar days after the date of delivery to the customer. Authorized returns must be in the complete and original packaging. If your shipment has arrived with a damaged or incorrect item, please contact your counterman or the warehouse immediately. All authorized returns must be in their original condition include all components and cannot be disassembled, mounted or damaged due to incorrect installation.

Returns of missing components will not be credited. We are not responsible for installation errors, nor will we cover any labor expenses, towing expenses, rental car expenses caused by use of wrong or defective parts during installation. Electrical parts and Special Order are not returnable. Freight charges for expedited orders are not reimbursable unless the return is a direct result of our error.

Core Credit:

To receive credit the core part/s must meet these guidelines:

  • Returned with a copy of the original invoice.
  • Received within 30 days of purchase.
  • Packaged in original box.
  • Core must be fully assembled. Disassembled cores will not be accepted for refund.
  • Core must be the same part as the new part purchased.
  • Core Credit will not be issued if core has disassembled parts, heavy rust or corrosion
  • ALL FLUIDS MUST BE DRAINED from core before it is returned.


Restocking Fee

A 20% return fee is charged on all returns that are returned outside of the guidelines listed above. Refunds for returns or cores will be processed and credited within 72 to 96 hours after we receive and confirm your return is in good standing with our policies. All cores must be returned in their original packaging from the manufacture.

Damaged Shipments:

Upon receiving your order, inspect all packages thoroughly for missing, damaged or incorrect parts. Our warehouse puts forth every effort to prevent shipping damage however, it does occur occasionally. If you receive a damaged part, please call your counterman or the warehouse immediately so that it can be replaced quickly.your paragraph here.
